The partnership firms of Vishwakarma Forging and Forging, originally promoted by Mr. Virabhai Panchal and associates in September 1992, was converted into a Private Limited Company in July 1994 under the name and style of Veltech Forging Private Limited and commenced manufacturing activities at Murbad
